Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for working out the machining process and assembly process.
Responsible for improving the manufacture process according with the capacity and advanced manufacture process abroad.
Responsible for working out the new product manufacture process and process flow.
Responsible for control all the manufacture process of new product.
Responsible for designing the tooling and fixture of new product.
Responsible for setting out reasonable labor hour.
Involve in dealing with failed product and working out the rework process.
Involve in continues improving projects with IE engineer.
Finish the other work allocated by department manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor degree or above
Professional: Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3+ years working experience in machinery manufacturing industry.Valve manufacturing related experience is preferred.
Foreign languages: Can read drawings in English
Familiar with the manufacturing process of the valve
Familiar with the various special valve manufacture process, such as: welding, NDE, heating treatment and hydrostatic test.
Familiar with lean production.
Familiar with the application of two-dimensional and three-dimensional design software ( CAD Solidworkd / Pro-E) for tooling and fixture designing.
Strong personal communication skill.
