我们的客户是位于世界前列的某著名豪华品牌的汽车销售及服务公司，业务范围主要集中在华南地区及四川省。
Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
Report to: 4S店总经理
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. 为实现市场拓展和客户满意度的最大化，根据经销商政策以及品牌的要求，领导并管理市场及客户关系部，制定并实施销售、售后及信贷保险市场营销/客户关系管理战略，以最大程度地开拓市场，促进业务发展，提升客户满意度；
2. 通过电话、邮件、展厅及其它联络方式为客户提供专业服务；
3. 确保客户数据库及客户文档的质量；
4. 为厂家在中国的销售总公司及其汽车金融有限公司的市场营销、客户关系及顾客满意管理活动的实施提供支持，并协助对不同参与方进行反馈活动评价；
5. 为最大化品牌意识，与官方媒体、大众媒体、记者和当地社团保持良好的关系。
6. 同时，做为厂家顾客满意计划团队在经销商的大使，帮助其所在经销商成为顾客满意方面的领导者。
Job Requirements 任职要求:
1. 大学本科学历，营销、公共关系和/或商业相关专业；
2. 具有乘用车驾驶执照（手动档和自动档）者优先；
3. 具备5年以上汽车、奢侈品和/或服务行业市场、客户关系管理或公关经理工作经验；
4. 具备出色的当地市场和竞争对手相关知识；
5. 具备出色的客户关系管理知识；
6. 具备良好的英语书写能力。
