职位描述
Overall Purpose of Job:
-Assist Sales Director in coordinating sales and marketing related activities.
-Provide secretarial function to sales unit.
Responsibilities:
-Provide daily follow-up within sales unit and coordinate with respective department/unit, get feedback, to ensure the accomplishment of the events.
-Compile data and static information; prepare statistical, narrative, research and/or other reports as requested.
-Prepare regular reports and analysis, distribute them to relevant parties.
-Coordinate arrangements and be responsible for taking minutes related to sales, e.g.: meeting, conference, seminar, etc.
-Maintain files and correspondences.
-Co-ordinate traveling arrangement and appointments for management (manager and above in sales operations unit).
-Screen events during management’s (manager and above in sales operations unit) absence, clarify, report, as well as deal with urgent case.
-Coordinate arrangements for overseas as well as local visitors.
-Perform standard office procedures including processing mails, answering and screening phones as well as keeping the tidiness of the working areas within the Unit.
-Other tasks as and when assigned by Sales Director.
JOB PROFILE
Education and training:
-Degree holder and above in management or administration or related field.
-Fluent in oral and written Chinese & English.
-Other languages or dialects will be an advantage.
Experiences:
-Minimum 3 years in secretary preferably in a sales/trading corporation.
-Good command of MS Office
-Business & result oriented, and be able to communicate to different levels
-Ability to work independently
Personality:
-Good communication skills
-Aggressive
-Team player
-Result driven
-Self confident
Physique:
-Female
-Preferable 25 to 35 years old
-Matured with good mental attitude
-Physically fit
