PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES主要工作职责
Identify 8 to 10 key responsibilities in rough order of importance. Focus on the results that are expected from the job. For each statement, please indicate what has to be done, within which area or framework, and with what end results.

1) Assist PM to achieve the marketing strategy and sales target;
2) Assist PM in developing and implementing product training programs;
3) Organize different kind of marketing activities according to marketing plan;
4) Liaise with international marketing team to update marketing/sales tools and materials;
5) Participate in technical and clinical presentations with external physicians, distributors and patients.
6) Establish and maintains effective and valid product line forecasting through collecting data from historical sales performance and market research
7) Provide sales tools, technical support & advice, trouble shoot;
8) Follow up registration updating for new product with RA sector.
9) Demo units and marketing materials’ management and distribution
10)Other tasks assigned by product manager.

1) Communication with international marketing team, and get some support from them.
2) Knowledge of ventilator and technical support of product to internal team/ external customer
3) Competitor information and marketing data analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS岗位要求
The position requires the following personal capabilities and competence for acceptable performance:

a) Education学历: Bachelor’s degree and above (Medical background is preferred)
b) Experience工作经验: at least 2 years medical device related working experience, or clinical working experience, non-invasive ventilator sales or marketing or corresponding specialty will be preferred.
c) Travel Frequency出差频率:
25% - 50%
d) Competency and Skills 能力和技能:
· Willing to frequently business trip
· Mature, independent, self-motivated personality.
· Preferred public presentation skills and experience
· Strong communication and interpersonal skill with outgoing character.
· Demonstrable problem solving skills and behaviors
· Fluent in English both written and verbal
· Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
