Candidate Responsibilities

You are responsible for mid & long term planning and with that directly responsible for long term capacity/flexibility planning, to enable smooth growth of Led Lamps. You will represent supply in S&OP handshakes and provide e2e visibility from market demand to components. You will work closely with markets to achieve customer expected service levels and inventory targets. next to driving supply chain improvements.
You will be working in the global Led Lamps supply chain team which is part of the BG LS&E within Philips Lighting.

Key areas of responsibility:
· Balance supply agains demand (incl. allocations);
Supply flexibility planning
product allocation to suppliers (NPI & transfers)
· Consolidate Goods movement for the Product Families in your scope to steer inventory, sales and supply;
· Verify demand plans feasibility vs capacity & components / supplier constrains, resulting in Supply feedback during S&OP meetings;
· Plan long term capacity;
· Phase-In/Phase-Out planning pre Project Start (PS) milestone;
· End-to-end view; from markets to production to key components (e.g. LEDs)
· Continuously improve supply chain processes to meet targets in service levels, lead-times, inventories and integral costs;
· Coach project members, line responsible and others involved and be a role model for the organization in the journey to continuously improve the supply chain processes.


Candidate Profile
· Master degree; Supply Chain related major is a plus;
· At least 10 years of experience in supply chain, preferably with multiple manufacturing business models (ODM/EMS/internal);
· Up-to-date knowledge about supply chain concepts in the commercial and industrial area. Familiar with APICS (CPIM) or other comparable certifications;
· Good knowledge and experience on SAP APO and Business Warehouse knowledge is highly preferred;
· Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
· Sense of urgency and high resilience level; flexible but persistent;
· Results driven, strong in implementation and execution, strong sense of ownership, make-it-happen mentality
· Good communication skills, ability to work with different cultures in global network;
· Be able to operate in a dynamic business environment; able to work under stress and deal with ambiguity;
· Have excellent communication skills in English.
