Job title : NPI Air manager (G60 )
Organization Unit : BG DA Operations
Reports to : NPI Shanghai site manager
Position Summary:
The AME Account Lead represents Philips to develop supplier relationship from end to end technical perspective that covered IPD and life cycle management. He/she has to ensure products are supplied on time at the right cost and quality, and is the main interface between project teams and ODM suppliers. The AME Account Lead
defines and deploy supplier technical development strategy (game plan) with supplier and Philips stakeholders (eg, Purchasing, I&D, SCE, etc)
leads cross-functional team and technical experts to mitigate the supply risks in the supply base from supplier certification to field performance.
drive and track operational results to ensure all project deliverables can meet the defined targets in a sustainable way (eg, cost, delivery, quality and efficiency)
ensure supplier and the end products can comply to industrial and Philips requirement, standard and regulation.
arrange and chair MRBM/QBRM with supplier’s senior management and relevant Philips stakeholders and drive for commitment and momentum
identify leverage opportunity and drive concrete actions to contribute the IGM
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Define and deploy supplier development strategies and program that are aligned with business, operations, innovation and supply base Strategies with a 1-3 years time horizon
Identify, prevent and mitigate supply risks throughout the product lifecycle to ensure compliance with Philips policies, standards and requirements (eg, Safety, quality, sustainability and hazardous substances)
Define and negotiate technical measures and targets with supplier in GPA (eg, CROV, FOR, etc)
Accountable for the industrialization, ramp-up and mass production of the products
To influence product architecture at PPC for optimization of process and diversity control.
Lead cross functional team to ensure products are supplied on time with right quality.
Lead supplier to ensure readiness in production, material, equipment, tools, etc.
Conduct trial runs, industrial release, production start, commercial release and product delivery.
Manage product changes after project end.
Manage LCM projects such as production transfer, kitting, etc.
Drive productivity (lean) and continuous supplier improvement program with the input of overall GSRS, field performance and warranty cost (CoNQ) with relevant stakeholders.
Arrange and chair MBRM/QBRM with supplier and relevant Philips stakeholders in order to drive for sustainable commitment and momentum.
Identify leverage opportunity and drive cost saving program that contributes to IGM.

Qualifications/ Capabilities:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 5-8 yrs of relevant experience, preferable Air industrial
· 2-4 years experience in managing projects or cross functional teams
· Strong leadership and good inter-personal skills to deal with senior stakeholders in Philips and supplier
· Experience and broad knowledge in manufacturing, quality and SCM is preferred
· Sophisticated in statistical tools and methodologies (Six Sigma, APQP, Lean, etc)
· Self-motivated & action oriented towards accomplishing tasks and drives for success
· Ability to communicate well, oral and written, in English and Chinese
· Is capable of understanding global approach and align locally
· Sense of urgency
· Cross functional skills/ experience and awareness of business requirements
· Auditing Skills preferred (eg, SEAT, ISO9001, etc)
