PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Be responsible for process development in new product release projects:
· Support design team to make design for assembly.
· Support TPL to set reasonable process target.
· Make SOP documents, PFMEA document and process control plan and build up the whole process control system.
· Support supplier to set up test equipment for process control if necessary.
· Develop process and check process capability and make sure all process targets have been reached before fully release (MS3).
- Be contact window with CT quality team for process issues:
· Transfer all related know-how to quality team in new product release project between MS2 to MS3.
- Be TPL for process improvement project which is initiated by LSI technical team.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
a) Education学历: BSc/MSc ME/EE
b) Experience工作经验: The ideal candidate has a broad technical back-ground in the field of (digital) electronics, LED/Laser physics, material properties, and has demonstrated a great drive for getting things done, on-time. The candidate should be familiar with optical, electrical, and thermo-mechanical issues that are relevant to ensure quality and reliability of LED Lighting products.
The candidate holds a BSc/MSc in electrical or mechanical engineering, and has proven experience in both developing and manufacturing LED Lighting products. Good command of the English language in both speaking and writing is a must.
