What are my responsibilities?
- Technical support the partner of NXAir S during the manufacturing and engineering;
- Make market and competitor analysis, and clearly understand customer requirements and product development trend;
- Involve to develop strategies to grow the market share and develop new product;
- Work with sales & marketing to proactively obtain market trends and requirements for future product needs within a defined product or application family.
- To help sales & support engineers for system technical proposal, technical clarification and competitive reference. Train the internal & external colleagues for the product knowledge
What do I need quality this position ?
- More than 5years of working experience on MV Power distribution.
- Advanced level of engineering capabilities in the similar technical field especially in MV
- Switchboards Engineering (e.g.: configuration) and Manufacturing, able to trouble shooting during the manufacturing of MV switchboards.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written/spoken)
- Self propelled and comfortable at building relationship and network
- Perfect tracking record of ethical behavior
- Having rich experience in market and analysis skill
