- From our LMV LV WA R&D Center, Siemens are looking to a project engineer.
What are my responsibilities?
- Build project team from various functional department when new project start;
- Create project plan according to PLM process, fix project budget and get approval from HQ, keep updating the project status.
- Coordinate relevant functional team member to complete milestone document, and drive project move forward;
- Achieve project objectives in terms of budget, cost, time and quality and have good balance skills;
- Analyze project risks, and take effective measures to control;
- Win necessary resource to support functional team members to complete tasks;
- Monitor project progress and check if action plan is well implemented;
- Report project status clearly and gain support from management to solve bottleneck.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- More than 7 years in project management and familiar with metal and plastic parts' design, production and testing, low voltage products are preferred.
- Project management knowledge, good cross-functional coordination and communication skill,team work spirit;
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, good english, result oriented.
