- As for our SLC IC LMV LP BU WA segment, we are looking for a team assistant.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Give office daily support for WA team.
2. Responsible for travel reimbursment for managers.
3. Do GR in One SRM.
4. Assist PPT/excel report for managers.
5. Car/meeting room/biz lunch booking and mail/ems pick up and so on.

1.Internal Contacts: IC LMV LP BU BDM/PM/MKT, regional BI sales team.
2.External Contacts:WA distributors; RED, contractors.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1.Over 2 years experience in network selling of building/construction or related business.
2.College education degree or above.
3.Good understanding and learning ability;Good communication skill;Business competence and team player.
4.Basic English& PC skill (MS office);
What else do I need to know?
- Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. .
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.
