The new product trainer will take a very important role within the company’s world-wide organization. As a member of the ifm world-wide trainer organization, the product trainer for Greater China delivers technical training of sensors for industrial automation to our employees and customers in the area of mainland China, Hong Kong China and Taiwan China.

The product trainer will be responsible for writing, translating, and developing training materials and content as well as delivering the training within the company as well as on-site at the customers.

The product trainer will develop and deliver ongoing training to employees and customers in the topics including product knowledge, basic background principles, as well as applications.

Training will include standard product training, application workshop and customer seminars.

Specific task and responsibilities:

· Translate and develop training materials in cooperation with the company’s world-wide training organization
· Organize and deliver the training to internal employees and customers
· Work with sales managers, product managers to monitor the success and quality of the training
· Coordinate training schedule, set up, creation of training materials and follow-up
· Develop and maintain certification / assessment test questions to support company’s internal evaluation of employee’s technical ability


Required Skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, proficient presentation and training skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English or German
· Experience as trainer or teacher
· Organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
· A successful background of training activities
· Ability to motivate learners and establish credibility
· Ideally experience as sales or technical support in the field of sensors and industrial automation in general

5、 负责培训课程的设计、实施，制订编写应用案例的文章。
6、 根据公司安排，负责亚洲区域内的公开培训课程。
7、 整理、撰写培训报告，将培训结果评估后反馈给领导。


职位要求:

1、 教育类、培训类专业本科以上学历，3年以上培训经验，有传感器或相关行业工作经历从优。
2、 优秀的表达能力和逻辑思维能力，善于沟通。
3、 能制作高质量的培训课程，并对培训现场有较强控场能力。
4、 熟练运用office软件，英语或者德语读写能力佳。
5、 较强的编辑能力，能独立设计讲义和进行培训。
6、 工作积极，组织协调能力强，高度的团队精神和责任心。
7、 良好的适应能力，能够承受较大的工作压力，可胜任高强度出差。
