Major/Key responsibilities:
1. Understand the company’s business and provide compliance services

2. Track new and proposed regulations and legislation and analyze impact on business

3. Assist in overall corporate compliance and governance matters

4. Assistance in developing and modifying policies and procedures to conform to regulatory requirements and archive soft companies as required

5. Prepare corporate documents and filings related to various business transactions including filings with various state and local government departments such as PBOC, CBRC

6. Maintain corporate records, such as delegation authorization, as required by the regulator and management

7. Conduct compliance testing as required by regulator or management

8. Developing training modules working with HR and business units to ensure appropriate regulatory and compliance training is conducted

9. Assistance in ethics and compliance programs

Educational and Qualification Requirements:

1. Undergraduate degree or above in Law （preferred）and other related areas;

2. At least 3 years working experience within Multiple National Companies or law firms;

3. Excellent in English and Chinese, both in oral and written.
