Qualification Required :
Excellent at datamining and accounting
To be very well organized
Organising and attending events such as exhibition, seminars, wine tastings and Wine dinners
Proficient with computer literate such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT
Responsible for other duties as assigned.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Experience Expected :
1 year experience as a datamining staff in a accounting, finance or marketing dpt
Job Duties :
A&P Master reports
Shipment report
Inventory report
A&P report
Follow up of all tasks related to these reports
Promotion implementation and follow up.
PPT preparation
To maintain a balanced A&P budget
Depletion reports
Shipment report
Inventory report
POSM report
Mapping
Follow up of all tasks related to these reports
Promotion implementation of a creative promotion plan for the brands she has on hands and follow up.
PPT preparation
Consolidation of the data for China PRC
