Qualification Required :
- College graduate, major in Accounting is preferred;
- Professional accounting qualification(会计上岗证)
- Good command of both spoken and written English，CET 4 or above
- Knowledge of ERP system and computer skill.
- Good knowledge of internal control and compliance
Experience Expected :
- At least 1 years experience in a similar capacity(The graduate of key university with potentiality will be accepted as candidate).
- Experienced with ERP system and be IT competent;
- Experience in ERP software is essential
- Good working attitude, willing to take initiative and be able to work under pressure.
- High personal Integrity, ownership & commitment
Job Duties :
- Perform cash receipt(via POS machine and Cash) and disbursement duties in Finance Department;
- Assist Finance Supervisor in handling banking matters;
- Provide support in accounting, control & administrative matters.
- Issue VAT invoice.
- Conduct daily documents verification of new car sales.
- Witness for the 3rd party involved payment
- Witness for invovice title change.
- Accounting entries posting in DMS.
- Clarify company policies and accounting regulation for internal/external parties.
- Other additional job from finance manager.
