Summary of job contents
1. Primarily responsible to design and deploy the sourcing actives that will allow Festo to leverage, in the most efficient manner, the potential of the supplier base in Greater China, and service the manufacturing entities with adequate capacities and innovation from the suppliers. Communicate with the buying team and internal event team
2. Driving cost productivity through common processes

Job Description:
1. Identifying and developing suppliers that meet the Festo's long term expectations regarding, Innovation, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Continuous Improvement
2. Developing and managing suppliers to assure programs meet cost, quality and OTD requirements
3. Ensure that defined commodity sourcing targets are tracked and achieved on time
4. Provide sourcing leadership to the assigned commodities which touches but not limited to the development, execution of commodity strategies and monitoring of strategy implementation
5. Supplier performance monitor and analysis, draft supplier improvement plan and follow up, Analyzes quality trends (field problems, supplier quality, etc) and implements corrective action steps
6. Lead relevant negotiations and commercial contract (agreement) for assigned commodities/ strategic suppliers.
7 Plan, implement efficient and cost-effective sourcing flow
8. Implement supplier agreements/contracts by working with cross-functional stakeholders & suppliers to reach agreement on contract terms and conditions

要求：
1.熟悉机械自动化技术，工程绘图和物料管理经验尤佳
2.三年以上在生产制造行业，采购、供应商开发或工程师经验。 自动化行业采购或供应商经验尤佳
3.良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，品行端正，工作认真负责，积极主动，对业务认知能力迅速
4.英语听说写能力强，office熟练，有SAP经验者优先。
