Our Global Operation function at Head Office supports the timely and efficient delivery of all of our missions worldwide. To this end we are seeking an assistant to our Global Planning Manager for data management, statistical analysis and data mining, as Data Analyst – Global Planning Department:

In this entry level position based in Shanghai Xuhui District, you are mainly tasked to:

· Input data into our various systems; report on level of activities and projects status;

extract accurate data to support forecasting and planning activities.

· Actively communicate and cooperate with other Head Departments and our Business Units with accurate, up to date online information.

· Support various business controls and analysis as requested.

· Help identify system improvements and solutions.

You bring to this position a detail-oriented disposition, good analytical skills that you support by:

· University graduate in mathematics, statistics, finance or computer science.

· At least one related assignment dealing with data, ideally in a multi-site, fast paced and fast growth environment.

· Excellent knowledge of Excel, and familiarity with Access or other database software a definite plus;

· Good English oral and writing skills, CET – 6 or above;
