Our Global Operation function at Head Office supports the timely and efficient delivery of all of our business projects worldwide. To this end we are seeking a Planning Assistant to update our project management system.

In this entry level position based in Shanghai Xuhui District and reporting to our Global Planning Manager, you are mainly tasked to:

· Input each project commercial, operational and scheduling information into our project management system(ACE);

· Gather, update and report on project status with active coordination with all departments (operations, quality control, finance, market research…) to ensure the accuracy of the information and of the status of the various stages of each project;

· Communicate, coach and train other ACE users in Head Departments and Business Units to the virtue of the system and of system discipline;

· Help identify system improvements and solutions;

You bring to this position a detail-oriented disposition, good planning and communication skills that you support by:

· Bachelor Degree or above in Logistics or Information Systems,Business Administration;

· At least one related assignment in project management, ideally in a multi-site, fast paced and fast growth environment;

· Proficiency in written and spoken English, CET – 6 or above;
