In our Market Report - Store Performance Division, our workflow and output are supported by online internal and external information management systems enabling access and interface with our staff and our customers worldwide. To provide support to these systems we are currently looking for a User Online Support Executive:

In this position based in Shanghai Xuhui District, you:

· Focus mainly on front-end for user interfaces;

· Provide support for identified webpage creation and customer access;

· Support users with instructions and instruction material;

· Quickly learn available tutorial to become familiar with the report interface;

· Manage customers’ access rights.

You bring to this position a service-oriented disposition that you support with:

· A College Degree or above in computer science;

· At least one assignment in a web application related field, ideally in a multi-site, fast paced and fast growth environments;

· Good at Photoshop, knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus;

· Proficiency in written and spoken English (CET - 6).

This is a development position in a fast developing company with a global scope.
