Job Title: Finance Cost Estimating Manager, Asia Pacific
Directly report to: Finance Controller of Cost Estimating, Asia Pacific

Job Responsibilites:
Overlook the cost estimating management for all products line in Asia Pacific region.
Lead in preparing cost estimates and business cases for quotation;
Support program management for project cost update and controlling.
Ensure the high reliability and timely delivery of business cases for management decision making.
Help to initiate strategic proposals for business development, operation productivity and profitability improvement.

Key Competencies:
? Strong business acumen and product cost understanding.Strong leadership to make thing improved; Minimum five years experience in Finance/Accounting or Engineering. Plant experience in manufacturing industry desired. Experience in automotive manufacturing industry is a plus.
? Open-minded, enthusiastic, can-do attitude and flexible. Dedication and good time Management
? Strong communication/coordinating/presentation skill and comfortable working with all levels of the management. ? Strong English speaking and writing abilities.
? Advanced Skills in Excel, and other MS Office products.

Education and Experience:
Educational:Bachelor degree in business, finance/accounting or engineering from good university. CPA, CMA or other professional certification desirable, but not required.

Experience:
Experience over 5 years; those with working experience in a multinational environment is an added advantage.

Attributes: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
