Job Responsibility:

1.Handle the following China tax filing issue:

- Corporate income tax

- Withholding tax

- Individual tax

- Business tax/VAT

- Real estate transfer tax

- Stamp duty

- Calculate the deferred tax

2. Analyze new accounting/tax rules and regulations on financial institutions, assess and report the financial implications;

3. Communicate and provide guidance (as appropriate) regarding tax requirements to other branches in the country;

4. Participate and support the rollout of tax related initiatives;

5. Liaise with external auditors with regard to the accounting issues;

6. Liaise with tax bureau with regard to the tax issues.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, 2 years TAX working experience;

2. Self-motivated and ability to work independently;

3. Good interpersonal skills, a team-builder and player;

4. Good command of English and Mandarin both written and oral.
