Support Budget planning, analysis, review and ongoing controlling
People Leadership (Target setting and controlling, Performance and Competency Appraisal, Feedback and Recognition, People Placement Planning, People Development, etc.)
Execute functional strategies
Responsible for setting up and supervising manufacturinga area
Drive local processes in support with the Group's guidelines (refer to Appendix 1 for details)
Manage the manufacturing activities to meet customer requirements
Provide manufacturing training and guidance to employees
Lead segment meetings
Review product design for compatibility with manufacturing operation capabilities
Establish positive relationships with other departments
Receive training from Knorr and Chinese partner
Hire and retain qualified employees
Provide training to employees including Total Quality
Co-ordinate with the manufacturing organizations of site and corporate
Manages the manufacturing operation including: production; machinery and equipment planning and specification; purchasing materiel and planning; facilities planning and maintenance in Segment area
Establish and meet performance measurements (metrics)

Working knowledge of production operations
Strong project manager
Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to motivate employees
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Create word documents with personal computer

Dynamic, self starter with initiative (Ability to function with minimum direction)
Willing to learn new skills and willing to teach others
Well organized
Mature, objective judgment to develop solutions for specific problems
Potential to become general manager
