Responsibility

· Executive the people space forming integrated part of the retail strategy and plan for the O&O business

· Executive, development and operate the systems, processes, policies and practices under various areas such as:

·Total Rewards including the pay structure, salary scale, commission, incentives and other recognition to attract, retain and drive the retail business Work with the corporate HR on the benefits scheme that is competitive in the market

·Staffing and deploying the right level of skills in the shop level and staff managing the retail business

·Define the right knowledge, skills and mindsets among the people matching the operation needs and business direction levelling with the changing operation and trade competition. Deploying the training and development to match with this set of knowledge, skills and mindsets for both organizational and people development.

·Maintain the performance standard and performance management system on needed periodical frame (monthly, quarterly and annually) which tide-in closely with the business results, company and competitive market standards

·Maintain the career progressing system to attract, retain people, motivate people to drive the business and reinforce the development of knowledge, skills and mindset.

Requirement

· University graduate with over 3 years HR experience in an Retail environment

· With sufficient knowledge in recruitment, C&B and labour laws.

· Solid C&B execution skills

· Strong execution skills

· Very good communication skills

· Passion for excellence, good at details

· Strong sense of values and ethics

· Fluent written English is necessary

· Very strong in using computer skills

· Passionate, commitment, team player. Ability to cope with changes

· Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
