职位表述和要求：
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the spare parts provisioning of Gas and Equipment, Chemicals, and Electronics plants. The provisioning process consists of
1. Supporting the development of spare parts estimates for new projects
2. Gathering parts information for new project equipment.
3. Determine and requisition the correct type of parts with appropriate quantity by established philosophies, best practices, interfacing with Engineering, and Line Management.
These activities must be performed on time to support start-up and within established budgets. They will greatly impact our savings objectives by utilization of existing system parts to support equipment, help realize SAP benefits in maintenance, and provide availability of parts to ensure plant reliability.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Position is accountable for the following results:
1. Health, Safety, Environment
a. Understand/comply with AP Safety requirements.
2. Provisioning Activities
a. Revise and create plant BOM's
b. Provision spare parts for
·New Projects ,Gen Gas plants; Large ASU and Liquid plants
·Capital projects
·Plant relocation project
c. Requisition parts to ensure reliability while realizing cost reductions.
d. Support the development of spare parts estimates for new projects and product lines. This activity requires interface with Project Development, Engineering, Line Management, suppliers, and Procurement.
e. Obtain accurate and detailed recommended spare parts lists from suppliers
f. Provision parts to an established philosophy, applying sparing philosophy on large unique compressors
g. Set up onsite spare parts warehouse and spare parts put-away.
h. Interface with AP U.S Headquarter counterparts on a routine basis
i. Support the Coding/Material Master process and Global catalog
j. Realize savings through sourcing and Inventory analysis:

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Industrial Experience: 2+ years in associated fields of equipment maintenance or after sales support in mechanic & machinery industry
Education: Bachelor's Degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
Special Skills:
· Excellent written and verbal English skills.
· Advanced technical skills and expertise in select categories of equipment.
· Self-motivating, capable of understanding basic philosophies, and applying philosophies to required tasks with minimal guidance.
· Ability to handle multi tasks, good interpersonal skill to work with cross functional team
·Project cost control relating to budgets
·Strong problem solving capability by gather information, sound justification,
Involving others for decision making
· Utilize expertise to influence internal clients on spare parts /procurement /stocking
· Readily accepts additional responsibilities.
· Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

Travel Required: About 10-30% with majority in China; occasional trips to other parts of Asia, U.S.A., Europe, other.
