Position Title: (Associate) GA Director

Division: Medication Delivery 药物输注部

Report to: MD BU Head

Location: SH/BJ, preferred SH



Responsibilities:

Lead the team to achieve the main tasks that are relative government affairs to support Medication Delivery business access and growth major in national-wide.



Strategy

Set GA strategy for all Medication Delivery products to speed up market access timeline in national-wide.

Provide newly healthcare industry information, develop policy analysis and understand business impact.

Operation

Speed up price application process of new products and maintain exciting products price stable.

Build up and maintain good relationship with local MOHRSS government officials, develop creative strategy to gain good reimbursement policy for new products in target cities. To help local sales solve reimbursement issues.

Understand market access process for medical device in key province, speed up new medical device launch in china market.

Project

Organize and lead GA projects/programs with local BOH officials to influence favorable policy environment and establish partnership with government.

Through HE study to influence local officials to gain good reimbursement policy.

Team work

Work closely with cross-functional teams (eg. Sales, Marketing, etc) with aim of addressing reimbursement/price issues in support of achieving BU’s objectives.

Coordination with internal and external department to integrate with each department’s resources.

Be cooperative team member among cross function project.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. 6 yrs work experience on GA in pharmacy industry.

3. Superior interpersonal and excellent communication skill, both internal and external.

4. Good management skill and proficient at interviewing, selecting, and developing the talents

5. Excellent ability of issue analysis and solving.

6. Fluent in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing.

7. Well developed networking ability.

8. Project management experience.
