We deliver creative solutions for building projects for industry, government, commercial and leisure sectors. Our building engineering specialists have expertise in structural and building services engineering, fire engineering, acoustics, facades and seismic design. We embed sustainability principles in every design.

- 按设计或要求独立完成效果图及相关配合；

- 对作品具有较强的艺术审美感，不断创新的思路；

- 对项目进度有一定的自我制作和把控能力。

- 能承受工作压力，有较强的团队意识。

- 能积极主动配合设计师的要求并深入理解客户需求。

任职要求...

- 艺术/建筑/环艺/景观/平面设计等专业或相关专业大学专科以上学历，有艺术类美术功底者优先；

- 具有良好的空间想象力，对艺术的独特追求和把控能力，精通高要效果图制作及PPT汇报能力；

- 具有良好的手绘速写功底，优秀的解决问题的能力，有一定辅助能力；

- 能够独立完成工作任务，熟练运用/Photoshop、Flash、SketchUP等制作软件,会DIALux者优先考虑；

- 具备良好的书面及口头表达能力。

- 良好的中英文沟通能力。

- 对工作有极强的责任感、肯吃苦、善于学习，具备良好的团队意识和服务理念，良好的职业道德及文化素养。…
