Responsibility:
1. Lead a sales team to manage overall daily retail shop operations
2. Develop the overall strategies and initiative for daily shop operations and management
3. Ensure sales target is achieved Ensure smooth execution of services taken places at shop and maintain the brand image at shop level
4. Manage, motivate and provide supervision to staff at shop for excellent product presentation and customer service at all times
5. Handle customers' enquiry on company and / or product information in professional quality

Requirements:
1. Male and female applicable
2. Degree holder in Management or related discipline Solid experience in retail operations and managerial position with successful track record, preferably gained from high end luxury retail industry Demonstrate a positive attitude toward customers and co-workers
3. Be aggressive to achieve the sales target Pleasant personality, energetic, proactive, responsible and service oriented
4. Strong communications and excellent customer service skills
5. Proficient in computer skills
