职位描述
BASIC FUCTIONS
Under the general supervision of Senior customer service manager, this position is required to provide authorized Kohler China distributors with project quotation, order collection, order confirmation, shipment arrangement, after sales service through a none-stop and dedicated service. It is also required to focus on building competitive workforce and drive team performance to support business growth and enhance customer satisfaction level.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervise daily order processing operation of covered distributors in one of the prominent sales territories
2. Enhance team management and improve workforce competitiveness and work quality to support business growth and increase customer satisfaction
3. Have dedicated management support to key distributors in the region
4. Shift mgmt focus to people management, process control and proactively work with SOP/Plants/Logistics/Customers to leverage order fulfillment rate.
5. Deliver regular order process policies to both internal and external customers
6. Work closely with cross-functions like Sales, Marketing, Plants and logistics, SOP and MIS team for smooth operation
7. Better utilize the CS resources by providing premium service and serve as a contact window to communication and address customer concerns duly
8. Build the “One-stop” customer service mindset and foster among the team
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
-Reports to Senior Customer Service Manager, Supply Chain Function
-Frequent contacts with distributors
-Frequent contacts with plants
-Frequent contacts with SOP/logistics
-Frequent contacts with Sales Department
-Frequent contacts with Finance Department
-Frequent contacts with Marketing Department
-Frequent contacts with MIS team
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor degree holder in business or relevant majors
-Positive working attitude, self-motivated and good team player
-Able to work under pressure and have innovative mindset
-Good English competency in speaking, writing and reading
-Good Interpersonal skills and customer-oriented
-At least 8 years customer service experience in MNC
-SAP experience is an advantage
