职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Responsible for the whole recruitment process including job posting, liaison with recruitment agencies, screening CVs and short-listing of candidates, interviewing candidates.
2 Track the interview process and work together with line managers to make recruitment decision.
3 Handle staff grievances, engage in staff counseling, carry out exit interview and staff opinion survey.
4 Assist in manpower planning and budgeting as well as the control.
5 Take charge of maintenance of staff information, monthly HR reports and conduct analysis based on the reports.
6 Support on talent development including performance assessment, individual development plan and succession planning.
7 Coach and advise the business management team on employee relations, performance management and other HR matters.
8 Any other ad hoc projects as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1 Bachelor degree in relevant discipline
2 At least 5 years relevant working experiences in a multi-national company
3 Strong communication skill, familiar with different cultures across regions
4 Have a good understanding of PRC laws and regulations. Have knowledge of Asia labor/talent market will be a plus
5 Fluent English and good computer skill
6 Strong teamwork spirit, open minded, customer orientated
