RESPONSIBILITIES

？ Assist in planning and leading promotional activities of bathroom fixtures and fitting products in professional channel in PRC.
？ Assist in carrying out ad hoc promotions to support the company’s marketing strategies and achieve set business objectives within a specific time frame. These promotions may conduct in Developer, Designer firm, Designer community, Hospitality group, Key government project.
？ Implement communication programs and merchandising support including forums, seminars, events, golf challenges, E-newsletters, advertising and marketing materials.
？ Liaise with vendors and suppliers for POP or merchandising items.
？ Evaluate and implement each advertising and promotion support program to beat competition.
？ Travel to other provinces will be required.

RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

? Report to Trade Marketing Manager - Professional Channel, Marketing Dept.
? Frequently contacts with the Regional Sales Managers and other functional managers of Kohler China


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

？ University graduate in business related disciplines
？ With a minimum of 3-4 years functional experience in marketing, key account, project sales or CRM with Joint Ventures (JV) or Wholly owned Foreign Enterprises (WOFE), preferably with reputed consumer-driven multinationals in the PRC; working experiences & customer relationship with key developers, designers & hospitality groups is perfection
？ Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
？ Previous exposure to public relations job would be a definite advantage
？ Adaptable, initiative and able to meet deadline in a tight schedule with minimal supervision
？ Pleasant, mature, self-motivated and meticulous
？ A team player and with good organization skills
？ Willing to travel when required by business
