职位描述

Job Description:

- Leading a team of local sales engineers within the greater China cluster for one or later more specific Key Accounts.

- Being the first contact person for the global Key Account Manager and discuss customer related topics on a good English level.

- Implementing global strategies and pricing agreements in the local country organisation on Key Account Level.

- Evaluate extra potentials for Festo together with local sales and drive the acquisition of those.

- Expansion of the customer relationship at the operational and strategic level.

- Building up a strong relationship with the key Account and the decision makers

- Support of the global Key Account Manager for the Account Plan.

- Determine forecasts in close contact with the customer and create delivery plans

- Planning and control of projects on customer level.

- Evaluate the needs of the customer and provide added value to them (solutions, service etc.)

- Planning and driving marketing activities on customer level

- Investigate product requirements on customer site and feedback product gaps to the organisation.

- The NKAM will directly report to the manager of the greater China Multi National Key Account Management team.


Job Request:

Degree in mechanical engineering, automation technology, technical sales or similar required

Several years experience of sales with Key Accounts and international customers mandatory

Experience with customer in the field of automotive OEM-, packaging or special machines are

advantageous.

Good negotiation and analytic skills are mandatory

Application knowledge in the automation business is required

Good Knowledge of Festo China would be beneficial

Fluent in written & Spoken English is mandatory

German language skills are advantageous

Good communication skills, teamwork and customer orientated thinking are required

Intercultural awareness for the multinational accounts is advantageous

Willingness to travel within the cluster Greater China.
