一、工作职责：

1.协助运作部门开展日常项目招聘工作（包括基层员工，基层管理人员的招聘）；

2.定期开展招聘计划以及招募报告；

3.负责项目员工的培训工作（包括新员工、在职员工等）。

二、任职资格：

1、性别不限，大专以上学历，专业不限；

2、一年以上人力资源工作经验，具有良好的沟通、表达能力；

3、能承受压力工作，能适应医院工作环境。
