Reporting Lines 汇报关系:
Report to: 4S店总经理
Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. 根据集团的政策和指引，贯彻及实施4S店的人力资源各功能模块，以实现4S店业务运作的顺畅和员工的高满意度。
Job Requirements 任职要求:
1. 大专或以上学历，主修人力资源管理相关专业优先考虑；
2. 五年或以上人力资源管理工作经验，其中两年以上主管经验，有外资企业工作经历优先；
3. 熟悉人力资源各大模块，尤其擅长招聘及薪酬福利模块；
4. 熟悉国家及当地各项劳动法规和相关政策；
5. 具备良好中英文读写能力；
6. 具有良好的沟通及洞察能力，组织协调能力；
7. 熟练使用MS Office软件如Word, Excel及PowerPoint。
