职位描述
Company background:
A US based company with main products of outdoor canopy
Responsibility:
1. Oversee the Operations / Production activities of a specific industry sector
2. Drive for continuous improvement activities to achieve company goal on key quality metrics
3. Coordinate with inter-departments to meet customer delivery schedule
4. Identify opportunities and areas for improvement to improve efficiency.
5. Train / coach staff to improve overall production efficiencies and product quality level.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Degree or equivalent and related field
2. At least 8 or more years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations (preferably in steel, sewing and powder coating)
3. Familiar with ERP system, such as SAP or any other ERP software
4. Good working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and Statistical Process Control
5. Excellent in spoken and written English, fluent in Mandarin
