店铺经理/店铺副经理
JOB MISSION
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, responsible for managing the daily operations of a shop including sales, expense control, maintaining inventory levels, customer service, training and scheduling personnel to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction, maximize sales, productivity and profitability.
直接向区域经理汇报,负责店铺日常营运,包括:销售、费用控制、库存管理、客户服务、员工培训和排班,以此确保店铺的高效运营,维护客户满意度,最大化销售业绩和销售利润。
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up yearly sales target and yearly work goals for shop.
设立年度销售指标和工作目标
- Lead team to reach sales target and KPI goals
带领团队达成销售指标和绩效指标
- Analyse sales performance on weekly, monthly and yearly basis
以每周、每月和每年的基础分析销售业绩
- Consistently maintain highest degree of customer service to guaranty customer's loyalty
始终保持良好的服务来维系每一位顾客
- Arrange product relevant training for shop staff in briefing when shop is in low traffic (product training, role play and MOI training) to enhances staff’s selling techniques
当店铺处于非忙碌状态时,安排对员工进行简要的培训,如产品知识、角色扮演、MOI训练等,以提高员工的销售技巧
- Develop and encourage staff through goal setting, on job training and regular work feedback to help them to reach the next level.
通过设立目标、在岗培训和日常工作中的反馈来鼓励和发展员工,帮助他们达到更高的目标
- CRM management: to build up and maintain VIP customers
客户关系管理:建立和维护VIP客人
- Shop stock management: well know about best sellers /slow moving items in shop and proactively communicate with Merchandising dept for stock transfer in/out to boost highest sales and ST performance, daily/monthly stock-take/ prevent stock loss/ stock analysis
- 店铺的库存管理:清楚店铺货品的畅销和滞销情况;主动与商品部沟通,协调货品的运转、调拨;每日/每月的货品盘点及防止货物损失;库存分析
- Ensure shop is in high standard of clean and tidy condition and visual merchandising meets and presents brand image all the time. Shop furniture maintenance.
确保整个店铺的清洁卫生和货品陈列的整齐有序,维护店铺形象,维护店铺设施
- Shop staff recruitment, offer coaching and staff performance evaluation
店铺员工的招聘,提供指导和进行员工绩效考核
- Well assign work in efficiency and minimize staff OT. Set up weekly and quarterly working plan. Arrange staff's annual leave.
有效地分配工作,最小化员工的加班时间。做好每周和每季度的工作计划,安排好员工的年假
- Ensure staff grooming standard to meet company requirement all the time and keep brand image
确保员工仪容仪表始终符合公司要求,保持品牌形象
- Keep awareness of market trends in this industry, understanding customer needs and observing competitor's commercial activities
把握行业动向,了解客户需求,观察竞争对手动态
- Daily briefing and monthly meeting in shop, to recap and deliver timely information to shop staff and ensure shop daily operation work smoothly and follow company policy.
每日/每月组织店铺例会,向员工传达实时信息,确保店铺每日的正常运营并符合公司规定
- Assist in shop commercial event,setup and maintain good relationship with landlord
协助店铺商业活动, 与商场物业建立良好联系
- Customer complaint handling
客诉的处理
- Build strong cross functional relationships within the organization
在公司内部构建跨部门的联系
- Any other duties/matters may be assigned from time to time
完成其他临时交办的工作
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- 6-8 years sales experience in fashion retail industry, international luxury brand experience is a plus
6-8年以上时装零售经验,具备国际奢侈品牌经验者优先考虑
- At least 3 years team leading experience and with rich people management practice.
至少3年团队管理经验并有丰富的人员管理经历
- Proficiency in computer operation
良好的计算机操作能力
- Fluent Mandarin and English in writing, speaking and listening
流利的普通话,英文听说写良好
