The role of the Human Resources Specialist is to support the HR Manager in the day-to-day HR management, in accordance with the Group's human resources policies and procedures. The main missions of the role are to:

？ Assist the HR Manager in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations.

？ Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.

？ Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.

？ Ensure that the organization complies with labor laws.

？ Maintain employee files and answer employee queries related to payroll.

？ Apply Compensation & Benefits policies and communicate them to Faurecia employees.

？ Answer employee and management queries related to compensation and benefits.

？ Ensure that the organization comply with local law in terms of compensation and benefits.

？ Ensure that required records and reports are maintained and issued.

？ Assure that benefit costs comply with the budget.

Requirements:

？ Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management

？ A first experience in the HR function within a industrial environment with 1 to 2 years Compensation & Benefits working knowledge

？ Familiar with Payroll systems as well as MS office

？ Ability to draw and use statistics

？ International mind set

？ Good interpersonal skills

？ Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
