Main working responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for blue collar positions recruitment;

2. Be responsible for the procedure of newcomers’ enrollment,including employee card, orientation arrangement and so on;

3. Blue collar worker's personal file management, including company level training files management;

4. Daily check for employees' attendance and attendance report maintain;

5. Expatriates residence registration in local police station;

6. Monthly social insurance and housing fund application and payment management;

7. Create and update employee registration details and employee contact list;

8. General services including cleaning, gardening, shuttle bus, apartments, canteen...

9. Other HR and general services tasks assigned by the leader.


Requirements：

－bachelor degree in HR or a related filed.

－At least 1 years related plant HR working experience in foreign invested company.

－Good written and spoken English.

－Computer literate and familiar with Office Software such as word, excel etc.

－Good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills, good planning and organizational ability.

－Hardworking, self-motivated and proactive.
