职位职责：

1.负责质量体系的维护、日常运行及持续提高，确保程序文件的有效性，组织业务运作流程讨论及程序文件修订
Quality system maintenance, daily running and improve gradually, assure the validity of all the documents，arrange discussion of running process and documents revise

2.管理公司的各类外来文件
Manage all kinds of external documents

3.管控公司各类文件
Control all documents' disposal

4.管理公司各种文件的存档
Manage all kinds of documents' filing

5.协助质量经理进行质量体系内部审核，客户审核和第三方审核
Assistant the quality manager to do the internal system audit, customer audit and the third party audit

6.协助质量经理进行管理评审
Assistant the quality manger to do the management review

7.协助质量经理召开管理会议，作好会议记录并追踪相关事项
Assistant the quality manager to hold management meeting, make meeting minutes and follow up related issues

8.追踪过程审核和产品审核执行情况
Follow up the process audit and product audit

9.追踪供应商审核执行情况
Follow up the supplier audit

10.及时更新8D&QAR状态，追踪各种审核的8D&QAR
Update the status of 8D&QAR timely and follow up 8D&QAR

11.其他质量经理交代的事项
