Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
职位 名称：供应链经理
Reporting Line: This position reports directly to the Company’s General Manager.
汇报关系：直接向公司总经理报告。
Objective:
Be Responsible for the overall control of the materials sourcing, procurement, inventory and logistics in the
organization. To ensure the flow of work through the plant is in an efficient and timely manner.
职位目标：负责公司供应链职能范围内的供应商开发、采购以及仓库和物流管理，确保工作流程能够在整个工厂内
以有效的方式进行正常运行。
Qualification Requirement:
资格要求：
- Must possess excellent commercial abilities and out-standing personal morals and ethics.
必须具备优秀的商务能力，同时具备良好的商业道德与个人职业操守。
- Bachelor Degree or above majoring in supply chain management or other related majors
本科或以上学历，供应链管理以及相关专业佳。
- At least 5 years purchasing/planning experience with 3 years management experience preferred.
至少 5 年采购/物控经验，有 3 年部门管理职位经验者优先。
- Be familiar with MRP logic and ERP software, such as SAP, QAD.
熟悉 MRP逻辑，熟练应用 ERP 系统，比如 SAP, QAD 等。
- Efficient at Microsoft applications particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
精通办公软件，尤其擅长 Excel, Word 和 Outlook 的实际应用。
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
中英文流利。
- Strong knowledge of sourcing & purchasing strategies & skills.
较强的供应商开发与采购技巧与技能。
- Familiarity with logistics especially with export/import requirements and documentation required for
customs compliance.
熟悉物流业务尤其熟悉海关对进出口方面的要求与符合海关要求的文书准备。
- Ability to analyze results of RFQs (request-for-quotes) to take into account TCO (total-cost-of ownership).
具备综合考虑全面成本和报价需求之间关系并进行结果分析的能力。
- Must have strong interpersonal skills & ability to work effectively with others
较强的与人有效相处的能力与技巧。
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
良好的沟通与谈判技能。
- Must be detail oriented and good with numbers.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
工作职责包括但不限于如下所列：
- Based on Production Plan maintain raw material and finished goods inventory forecast.
在生产计划的基础上跟进原物料供应，维护在库成品的预测工作。
- Continuously look to improve/reduce lead-time from the supply chain process.
持续关注改善或缩短在供应链流程上的交期。
- Maintain & improve the ISO procedure for the supply chain, warehouse, and purchasing functions.
维护和改善供应链管理职能、仓库管理职能以及采购管理职能方面的 ISO 程序。
- Manage train & develop subordinate staffs.
管理和教导部门下属。
- Promote internal innovation and continuous improvement activities to improve Department function.
执行内部创新活动以持续改善部门职能。
- Manage purchasing teams in identifying, communicating, and selecting qualified suppliers in support of the
production schedule on a timely basis.
带领采购团队，根据生产计划需要进行供应商的识别、开发与挑选。
- Purchase all items using a competitive bidding process timely and most cost effectively, while considering
inventory control, planning, and suppliers’ quality control.
规划与评估采购职能涉及的活动，如有效的成本控制，库存控制、计划和所购材料的质量控制。
- Establish professional relationships with suppliers to help drive implementation of purchasing strategies,
ensure the timely availability of materials in the supply chain
与供应商建立良好的专业合作关系，推动采购策略的实施，确保供应链上的材料能够如期交货。
- Negotiates the most competitive prices and establish service contracts to meet Flexitallic Quality guidelines.
Also to ensure most competitive freight costs to protect the Company’s Interest
通过谈判取得有竞争力的采购价格，建立符合福来西质量要求的服务合约，确保取得最具竞争力的运费成文
从而保障公司利益。
- Keeps Up-To-Date Regarding Economic Conditions and/or Business Situations as they affect the
Company’s Purchasing Requirements. Maintain up to date price data base.
当出现经济环境或商业环境可能影响到公司采购作业时，需要做到随时调整或更新采购价格数据库信息至最
新。
- Regularly review, identify issues, and initiate actions to resolve inaccurate lead times. Respond to lead time
inquiries.
定期检查，判别事项进展，采取一切措施来避免不准时交货的可能，做到及时响应关于交期问题的咨询或诉
求。
- Gather and report industry and competitors’ information including volumes, specifications, manufacturing
methods, and market trends.
收集和上报行业信息与竞争对手的信息，如采购量、采购规格、制造方法以及市场趋势。
- Work of forecasts, budgets, and plans with the ability to manage an approved budget.
负责部门数据预测、年度预算和计划，并能够持续将费用控制在批准的预算范围内。
- Produce, update and prioritize daily schedules for each piece of equipment based on changing conditions
and availability of materials
在条件和材料取得可能变化的情况下，能够满足机器机器设备所需要的配件，制定、更新并优化每天的工作
计划。
- Perform any other reasonable requests from by the Company’s Manager
执行总经理指派的其他合理要求的工作任务。
