职位目标
确保相关设备处于最佳的运行状态。

工作职责
1 负责所有职责范围内设备的预防性维护保养。
2 负责所有职责范围内设备的突发故障的检修。
3 确保办公区域的电力，空调，专用消防，安防，弱电（含会议）系统的正常运行；
4 根据设备的维护保养计划，进行日常的操作和维护，组织并协调，监督各服务供应商的定期的对分管设备的现场工作；
5 严格执行各种设备的安全操作规程和巡回检查制度。
6 积极参加各种内外部培训。
7 服从公司的其它工作任务安排。
8 积极协助公司开展成本节约活动。
9 确保负责工作区域随时保持整洁和卫生。

任职资格
1 持有维修电工上岗操作证，空调制冷等设备操作证
2 有良好的语言表达能力和文字能力，能阅读图纸者优先；
3 具有积极主动地工作精神，善于发现并妥善完成额外的现场工作；
4 具有良好客户服务意识。
5 身体健康，有正规医院的体检合格证明。

该职位工作地点在天津开发区，周一至周五上班
