Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities 岗位的目的和主要岗位职责:

• To manage project completion and resource planning for a supporting team to ensure all allocated project timescales are effectively and efficiently managed whilst maintaining clear internal and external team communication
• Work with the Project Planner and relevant Work Streams to define project schedule/structure including work and organisation breakdown structures including summary milestones
• Engage key stakeholders (e.g. Engineering, Production, Technical, Quality groups ) to facilitate the necessary actions in order to achieve effective project completion
• Responsible for the application of procedures in relation to QA technical activity
• Manages quality and regulatory compliance requirements during the start up phase adhering to current policies associated with Sterile manufacturing

• Identify, highlight and communicate challenges to the Program Director in a timely manner
• Updates relevant databases and maintain a central repository for information pertaining to the project and provide regular communication with all stakeholders during the project lifecycle
• Perform peer reviews within PMO team by producing reports, monthly KPI and SLA reports as required and assists in production of communication material for the PMO
• Ensures all quality and regulatory requirements are ‘In Place & In Use’ during the start up of the Cephs facility (commissioning/qualification phase) and transition to the day to day Operations post start up

· Ensure the appropriate level oftraining is administered across the Cephs facility to ensure full compliancewith the QMS

Specialized Knowledge 专业知识:

• BSc/BA, or equivalent level of education, with a minimum of 10 years direct Sterile (aseptic manufacturing) experience
• Working knowledge of current local, provincial and State drug regulations
• Demonstrated ability lead a team of individuals in the study start up process activities
• Has experience of large scale business change projects / programmes
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and work with a matrix team environment is essential
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to express complex ideas to study personnel, internal and sponsor team member (proficient in English is a pre-requisite)
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
