Nature and Scope:

This position will report to team leader located at the Air Products PMD Nanjing plant.

This individual will share many details table job from production.
Job Requirements:
? High school or above
? Chemicals related background.

Key Activities include:

? Operate the plant facilities arranged by the shift team leader.
? Implement operation procedures and EHS procedures in daily production activities.
? Record the production parameters and status in time and precise.
? Keep good working environment in required housekeeping standard.
? Report all abnormal production situations immediately and help on trouble shooting.
? Help on near miss report with related people when it needs.
? Help plant maintenance while needed.
? Monitor and control product quality in spec.
? Support the shift team leader to maintain high shift production and EHS performance.
? Keep learning to better understand and improve operation skills and knowledge.
? Communicate with other operators to keep the production smooth running.



Principal Accountabilities:

? Shift production - implement shift production basing on production plan and arrangement.
? Team work - Good cooperation and communication with other operators to maintain a good production team work.
? Environment, health and safety - Compliance with EH&S procedures and regulations 100%. Support guidance and training for EH&S in order not to occur lost time injury and recordable injury.
? Communication - Keep communicating with the shift team leaders and other shift operators to maintain plant operation.
? Procedures - Be responsible for carry out the production and safety procedures.
? Plant operability - Support to maintain the plant reliability in order to meet sales demand through the maintenance of equipment and the schedule of plant shout-down to avoid business interruption.
? Chemical process knowledge - Maintain a chemical working knowledge and keep leaning for chemical production and possible trouble shooting.
? Confidentiality - Be responsible for keeping company business issues and employee confidences. Costs, procedures, product formulations are company property and are not to be disclose to outside.
