职位描述
岗位基本要求仓库操作工向仓库主管汇报并结束轮班班长的管理. 仓库操作工需要和班组生产操作员工协作和充分沟通. 基本要求: 中学及以上学历, 有化工厂相关工作经验或背景, 身体状况较好, 有团队协作的意识. 关键工作内容: 按照生产的要求收发仓库的原材料和成品同第三方仓库保持密切联系, 及时转运各种物资. 同班组合作负责槽车原材料和槽车成品的装卸. 及时将各种物料的情况在SAP系统中确认和处理. 除了仓库的工作, 也作为班组的一员接受班组安排的相关生产任务. 按照公司的安全要求和操作程序规定严格执行日常工作. 及时准确记录工作过程中要求的有关数据记录. 保持工作场所的环境卫生符合公司的有关要求. 及时汇报工作中出现的异常情况并协助解决出现的问题. 汇报所有发生的未遂事故, 并协助同相关人员做调查. 帮助完成分配的相关区域的设备日常维护工作. 监督和控制产品的相关质量, 特别是外观质量,重量控制等等. 协助班长以便维持班组的生产效率和安全工作. 协助仓库主管做好仓库的日常管理. 坚持不断的学习, 以便提高相关的技术和操作技能. 同相关的其它同事保持密切沟通, 确保各种生产信息有效传递.
