职位表述和要求： The maintenance engineer are responsible for performing Preventive Maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, repair, support new project commissioning, improving machinery equipment reliability and modification and preventive maintenance of maintenance equipment, hands-on experience with reciprocating, centrifugal, diaphragm and rotary compressor, centrifugal pump, vacuum pump, blower, gear box, piping, vessel, cold box, maintenance and troubleshooting, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure to comply with AP and local safety, health and environment standard, fulfill the mandatory safety requirement and activities: safety training, safety meeting, and all other requirements by AP EH&S and local regulation.

2. Monitor the serviceability of plant equipment and facilities and ensure they adhere to safety, housekeeping and environmental requirements.

3. Responsible for maintenance for all rotating and static equipment such as: centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, cryogenic pumps, heater exchangers, pipelines, centrifugal expanders, varying from facilities.

4. Response to maintenance requirements that could be scheduled or unscheduled/emergency jobs, on 24/7 base, prompt response to requests for assistance and putting in the time and effort to meet our customer’s expectations.

5. To be familiar with all equipments in plants, maintain all maintenance equipments accurate documents integrity and equipment history database reachable.

6. Provide hand-on technical skills at the troubleshooting and all related maintenance work or supporting work responsible.

7. Perform preventive maintenance work and support to implement Mechanical Integrity work, troubleshooting, repair for all equipment.

8. Coordinate or assist of supervision the contractor’s work in the facility or shop to guarantee safety and quality and reliability.

9. Provide technical reports through the specified datasheet or checklist.

10. Reporting-Time entry weekly, and assist supervisor to prepare technical reports.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

1. Educational: Diploma or ITE (2 year or 3 year ) technical college holder in engineering discipline

2. Working Experience: Start minimum at > 5 years and progress thereafter.

3. Hands-on work experience is a must.

4. Position will have experience in major shutdown support, project work, plant operations and maintenance efforts.

5. Knowledge of vendor contracts and knowledge of shop support in the region is desirable.

6. Attitude and passion for the work group assigned.

Working Experience required:

· The minimum working experience in a gas or petrochemical or chemical or textile/fiber industry manufacturing for the maintenance engineer/technician’s position are > 5 years hand on experience in the field at some areas of reciprocating, rotating , centrifugal machinery ,pipe and welding techniques. The engineer/technician should be familiar with basic math, precision measuring, material of machinery, rigging, layout drawings and oxygen cleaning.

· Favorable hand on experience at least one of below machines: Cryostar cryogenic pumps LOX/LIN; Sefco cryogenic pumps LOX/LIN;

· Possess good oral and written communication skills, preferable in English language.

· Be honest and able to work independently as well as in a team player.
