Title: HR Manager, Changsha JV
地点:长沙
Responsibility:
Purpose of the role:
1. Lead JV human resources department to drive organizational development, leadership development and employee development to meet company’s mission and vision.
2. Establish, manage, and provide leadership for the human resources department.
Roles and responsibilities:
Establish and deliver Human Resource strategy, programming and management system; organize, summarize, set up, carry out and adjust related policy and procedure
1. Human Resource Programming:
? Design and deliver organization structure and position setting
? Establish and deliver Yearly staffing plan.
? Organize and deliver yearly employee development plan, and effectiveness evaluation
? Lead employee performance management- IPMD and MRR
? Lead organization and leadership development
? Establish and deliver all levers talent pool and successor fostering
? Site and implement C&B plan: incentive plan; monthly payroll
? Create and maintain a work environment which promotes high employee morale. Advocate for teamwork within the organization; developing and implementing teamwork enhancement strategies
2. P&P
? Establish, improve and implement human resource & administration policy and procedure
? Establish and file human resource file
3. Employee relationship
? Coordinate employee relationship
? Implement employee consolation
? Organize and lead employee satisfaction survey
? Lead improvement action
? Organize and lead employee satisfaction survey
4. Lead improvement action
5. Communication
? Lead open and multi-channel communication
? Accept and handle employee complain
? Notice board information management Report
? Report to JV General Manager, dotted line to corporate HRD
? Provide General Manager with analysis, reports, and advise on human resource issues
? Participate China HR Council
6. Support
? Support and implement Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
? Co-lead quality policy and system spread and implementation
? Budget Control
7. Honeywell Code of Business Conduct Compliance
? Make sure all of the JV employees comply with Honeywell Code of Business Conduct
? Honeywell Intellectual property and business confidential information protection
? Make sure all of the JV employees comply with Honeywell Intellectual property and business confidential information protection Provision
Qualification:
Minimum of 8 years of related experience, which include 3 years in manager position
Basic competency: PC; skilled in English; familiar with Labor legislation and mastery of relevant human resources functional operation
Core competency:
Communication, coordin-ation, and HR management
Honest; sympathy; fairness; team player; reasonable; self-motivation; strong bias of commitment and action; Scrupulously abide by human resources ethics
