职位描述
Model cost:
*Review EVO model cost each half year, solve issues and solution.
*To approve/ update model cost list in each year.
CAPEX:
*Review each project capex which made by PM, and approve Capex with regional property manager together.
*Attend to investment committed meeting for explaining and involving investment for each new project.
Budget review:
*To check budget which made by QS team (ECH), review all list which compare with CAPEX, and sign off budget list before finance team.
*Communicate with PM, find out reason if the budget over Capex up to 100%.
Finial account
*To check finial list which made by QS team(ECH), review all list which compare with Budget list, and sign off finial account before finance team.
*Communicate with QS Team (QS), find out reason if the finial account over to 100%.
Payment:
To lead construction admin runs payment working on 5th/15th /25th/ monthly.
Check construction performance each half year.
Contract control:
*To sign off annual contract in construction filed, there are annual contracts below:
1:annual contactor
2:HAVC
3:Design
4:Artwork/vinyl
5:LED light
*To involve/support contract with supply chain, to consult annual contract finished every year.
Select and introduce new supplier
*To select new suppliers to support business with supply chain function . For example: contactor, water filter, furniture, signage, etc.
*To organize annual tender : Design, contactor, HAVC supplier.
The others:
To Organizes half year review meeting with regional PMs, compare CAPEX with finial account, update new
Experience/Knowledge
*Bachelor Construction Cost control Major or above
*Basic office software/ Auto CAD/ Project Management
*Fluent English language
*Having budget and construction finance accounting experience.
*Think ahead and systematically
