We help shape the world around us — from high-rise buildings to educational, cultural, research and transportation facilities. Our design process is based on energy-efficient building systems, and appropriate selection of materials and form to maximize environmental conditions and long-term performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting to complete the work of competition, government approver, design development, and construction document.
• Responsible for participating in higher level of the design, and ensure the project stays on schedule.
• Responsible for coordinating design work with other major/ department.
• Responsible for area, daylighting and energy saving calculation and other related design work.
• Responsible for compiling the presentation documents at different stages.
• Responsible for project design and drawing assignments. Clear, scaled and detail oriented drawing skills is required.
• Responsible for proofreading completed drawings and revising the audit option.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, CET level 4 or above is required.
• 3+ years experience in for a number of projects that is realized or will be built.
• Superb conceptual, design talent, strong technical and communication abilities and has a proven construction experience of medium and large scale projects.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop、Sketch Up、InDesign、Microsoft office and other software related to building implements design.
• Responsible, excellent organization ability and capable for team work.
• Candidates with awarded projects are preferable.

职位要求：

• 建筑专业本科及以上学历；
• 流利的英文会话和书面表达能力，大学英语四级及以上；
• 三年以上多个项目经验；
• 具备卓越的概念、设计能力，较强的技术和沟通能力，有过中到大型项目的施工图经验；
• 熟练应用AutoCAD, Photoshop、Sketch Up、InDesign、Microsoft office及其他建筑设计相关软件；
• 责任心强，具备优秀的组织能力和团队合作精神；
• 有获奖项目为佳。
