POSITION TITLE
HR Supervisor

CLIENT SUMMARY
Our client is a leading European consultancy, providing specialist consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. They are known for excelling at what they do and are leaders in their disciplines. Due to expansion, they are seeking a dynamic HRBP to lead their Human Resources and administration function in China where they have an established WOFE presence.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Retention

  • Partner with the China Country Manager and leadership team to understand the hiring requirements and review the talent request briefing notes / Job Description to ensure that you fully understand the role and talent requirements of your assigned requisitions
  • Generate candidate pipeline and contact information through a range of direct research channels (including advertising, database mining, headhunting, networking and others) for all assigned open positions for Consult Group China)
  • Conduct on-going research to identify new sourcing channels, job boards, posting sites, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and other relevant associations to further build the talent pipeline and drive the Consult Group brand.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual Talent Acquisition planning, budgeting and strategy development.
  • Identify, develop, motivate, and retain key position holders and key talents

Staffing

  • Build positive employee relation, lead annual employee insight survey program, survey result analysis and work with each function to generate plant level/department level the action plan with survey analysis and continue the effort s in improve employee engagement.
  • Involved in HR policy, procedure and policy regular review, and coach the business functions, drive the continual improvement.

Compensation & Benefit

  • C&B data analysis, survey participation, generate regular analysis reports, monitor the pay trend and come up with the necessary proposal and solutions.

Training

  • Assess, plan and implement training programme(s) for staff to support HR strategic objectives particularly in the areas of Research Development and Consulting Quality Improvement to support the Company framework.

Management

  • Develop, implement and maintain HR processes, policies and systems to support the China business

HR Manager Project Work

  • Undertake special projects for the Country Manager to assist and implement the improvement of best practice strategies, procedures and policies appropriate to the desired Consult Group culture and environment



POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Min. 5 years of experiences with 3 yrs in managerial position
  • Good communication skills, problem solving skills,
  • Good interpersonal and organization skills, self-driven, business acumen.
  • Good language ability in Chinese and English.
