Responsibility

Prepare and distribute Weekly Repair Schedule in accordance with Plan Level-Driven Requirements, Repair Capacity, Available Defective Inventory, and Repair Budget. Prepare Weekly LOS Performance Graphs. Resolve all related Scheduling, Defective Inventory Availability, and potential good inventory shortfalls.
- Responsible for Repair Budget process, assisting in Creation, Maintenance, Reporting. In relation to Good Inventory, contribute to identifying required Ship BU Good-Shelf Plan Level Changes, Inventory Excesses and Shortages, and Re-Distribution Opportunities.
- Budget, Forecast, order and track inventory new buy requirements for assigned division in Service Planning, setting both gross and net inventory goals.
- Contribute to identifying improvement opportunities in relation to Ship BU Replenishment Process. Examine use of Pipeline Plan Level versus use of Good Shelf Plan Level as replenishment driver. Re-examine Equitable Distribution Logic. Recommend potential appropriate action.
- Prepare and distribute End-Of-Life (EOL) Analyses on both FRUs and Repair Components, as situations arise. Contribute in development and use of appropriate methodology improvements.
- Contribute to Logistics annual, quarterly, and special projects, metrics, business plans, systems development plans, etc., as required.

Qualification
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical issues.
- Computer proficiency: especially, MS Office, PS or other ERP system.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Planning, Scheduling, Analysis in Manufacturing Operations or Field Service Logistics environments, preferably high tech.
