Job Summary:
Audit Manager’s primary responsibilities are to review and exam distributor’s operational qualification and performance in accordance to Roche Diagnostics standard operation procedure and divisional standard, to ensure the validity and legality of their operational, regulatory, legal and financial process and records. The individual will also act as an agent for change while serving as an advisor to the distributor management team to recommend possible risk aversion measures and compliance-driven initiatives that could be made. Audit Manager work in Commercial Operation departments, examining the distributor operation is conducted, recorded and processed correctly.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities :
1. Supports the Senior Audit Manager in development of risk assessment, planning and execution of audit assignments.
2. Understands the processes under review by studying pre-audit information, performing analyses and documenting processes.
3. Prepares audit by documenting the processes under review, identifying key risks and controls and developing program in the respective scope areas.
4. Plans and performs detailed interviews and audit testing within the agreed time frame,communicates the status of audit work to the team lead.
5. Organizes work papers, issue pages and other documents consistent with the department’s guidelines and in line with company and industry standards.
6. Presents information clearly and concisely in formal meetings。
7. Presents written information with high quality and audit issues that are validated with process owners, well researched, concise and well documented.
8. Delivers balanced and practical solutions to issues identified and reaches high level of agreement on audit findings and action plans with the auditees.
9. Reviews actions completed by the auditees and assesses adequacy.
10. To improve the efficiency of businesses and identify where processes are not working as they should.
11. Help develop mid and long-term auditing strategies and tactics for an optimized distributor compliance environment。
12. Consistently improve processes with Distributor Management Operations and establish/update auditing procedures。
13. Develop and execute KPI`s and audit analysis for performance driven internally measured targets
14. Maintain and update the audit information in a master database to enable future reference
15. Supports senior audit manager in other assignments.
16. Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition
Education& Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor or Master Degrees in business management related subjects
2. Strong knowledge of auditing practices, procedures and principles
3. Client management experience a must.
4. Excellent project management, organizing and planning skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve issues of a complex nature.
6. Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English with the ability
to effectively interact with internal and external business partners.
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, accounting systems and applications, and other business-related software
systems.
8. Prepares to interact with senior management and possess high potential to develop in a multi-national organization.
9. Integrity and team work are core values.
10. Ability and willingness to travel.
11. High level of self-motivation, determination and confidence in your abilities.
12. Meticulous attention to detail.
13. Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure, and the willingness to put in the extra hours when needed.
14. Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Experience:
A minimum of 7 years’ postgraduate experience, management experience is preferred
Previous knowledge of internal and external audit strongly preferred
