职责描述：

1、Collecting and recording all contracts' information, to ensure all contracts' information are correct and up-to-date;
收集并记录所有项目和合同的信息，保证所有项目和合同信息及时更新，并准确无误；

2、 Filling all contracts and responsible for the custody of them
做好合同管理，保证合同文档管理规范完整易找

3、 Preparing reports relative to booking, backlog, collection;
及时准确提交各种相关报表，确保数据准确无误。

4、 Ensuring all fixed assets and the relative depreciation are recorded timely & accurately, and organizing the physical inventory of fixed assets;
对固定资产及时准确登记、记帐，按财务制度准确计提折旧；
安排并组织固定资产盘点,确保固定资产账实相符；

5、Allocating the non-projects' expense into the projects per timesheet at month-end
配合结账需要,每月工时的计算及入账确保及时准确；


6、Be involved in other ad-hoc jobs
其他临时工作。
